Terms of Service
a) We are a booking agency and not an airline, therefore we do not control seat availability or meal options. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but cannot guarantee them.
b) Payment for flights must be made in full prior to issuing the ticket. Any delay in payment may result in cancellation of the booking.
c) Boarding passes are the responsibility of the airline and we cannot be held liable for any delay in their delivery.
a) Refunds are subject to the airline's policies and may not be available for all bookings.
b) In case of cancellation, we will refund the amount paid by the client minus any cancellation fees and service charges.
c) Refunds may take up to 30 days to process.

Changes and Amendments:
a) Any changes or amendments to the booking may be subject to additional fees and charges.
b) Changes and amendments are subject to availability and the airline's policies.
c) We reserve the right to cancel any booking in case of fraud or any other illegal activity.
